Rating Methodology
The public score uses a documented 100-point model. Bonuses are compared separately and do not increase the trust score.

Rules
- Missing evidence reduces confidence and is never treated as positive.
- Critical license inconsistency overrides the score and triggers review.
- Each score stores calculation version, evidence IDs, reviewer and date.
- Commercial staff cannot edit scores directly.
- Major changes create a visible review-history entry.

Every material fact has a verification state:
- Verified
- Operator-declared
- User-reported
- Unverified
- Expired
